Along with your favorite Chinese cuisine, Bo Ling’s, will be premiering a spectacularly special menu on Valentine’s Day. This menu will be available until February 28th, the end of the Chinese New Year festivities. Give back as you eat: 20% of all the proceeds from this special menu will be donated to the Heart to Heart Relief Fund which benefits Haiti. As a gift to all the cash-strapped couples in Kansas City, Unity Temple on the Plaza is offering their annual Valentine’s Day Free Wedding Marathon. For anyone thinking about a wedding, holy union or vow renewal, Unity Temple has the perfect solution. On Sunday, February 14th, 2010, the ministers at Unity Temple will be armed with vows and veils for a marathon of love from 12:30pm to 6pm. Each couple will have their very own fifteen minutes to say their “I do’s’. A minister, chapel, recorded music and nuptial are all provided free of charge.
